Mediterranean Style Residence, Mosman

This Mosman home was MBA’s first project, back in 1997, and remains a favourite for Michael, and for its residents, who bought the house soon after completion, and have held onto it throughout the many years since. The style is adapted from a Californian Bungalow, featuring Mediterranean style shutters, tiled roof and outdoor terraces; a continuation of the theme that Leslie Wilkinson and others championed in the 1920s. Beautiful gardens by Gaye Stanton....Given the climate similarities that Sydney shares with the Mediterranean, this style of architecture is practical.With a North Sydney Harbour view, swimming pool and two outdoor terraces on the second level, the house is designed for luxe outdoor living.
