With over 30 years’ experience in the high-end residential sector in both Town and Country areas, many people have witnessed their properties transformed into stunningly beautiful and extremely high value investments. Hailing from rural Victoria, Michael's background has instilled in him a resourceful mindset, infusing his approach to both life and work with a pragmatic sensibility. Every client’s needs are different, and this individuality is the cornerstone of the bespoke designs he conceives for them. Michael's passion for exploring less-travelled parts of the world has gifted him with a profound appreciation for a diverse range of architectural styles and their charming idiosyncrasies. Beyond his professional life, he finds joy in riding the waves as an avid surfer and actively participates in grassroots motorsport, making him a multifaceted creative soul.

Her journey with MBA, has allowed her to cultivate an extensive knowledge of the design and architecture industry. In her current role as General Manager, Michele orchestrates the seamless operation of MBA day to day. With a strong understanding of our clients' needs, she serves as an exceptional liaison across all facets of our organization. Michele's ability to navigate between financial matters and design solutions, staff necessities, and the meticulous assessment of builder's claims (just to name a few) exemplifies her multifaceted expertise, making her an indispensable asset to MBA.

Natzib's journey in the field of architecture spans a remarkable 35 years and encompasses three different countries: Bulgaria, Greece, and Australia. His impressive portfolio, which includes the design and development of luxurious residential spaces, industrial and commercial complexes, as well as iconic theatres and cinemas, along with his rich and diverse international experience, has given Natzib the appreciation for detail that significantly contributes to the ongoing success of Michael Bell Architects.

Tarun is a self-taught classicist, displaying a deep-seated passion for architectural history. His expertise isn't confined to the past, as he equally appreciates the nuances of contemporary architecture. Tarun's approach is a fusion of both these realms, creating a dynamic and harmonious balance in his work.
Tarun’s formal architectural qualifications were gained in New Zealand, a place that has significantly shaped his perspective, having spent a substantial portion of his life in this picturesque country.

Business Development
Paul's interest in classical matters started in his teens through an apprenticeship restoring, studying, and dealing in 18th and early 19th century furniture. Michael Bell and Paul met whilst working at the venerable architectural firm Stephenson & Turner. At the age of 26, Paul founded and established the first truly specialised building company, Built. The company established institutional and boutique markets across construction, refurbishment, and fit out. His next founding venture, Ronin Partnerships, a global property fund was 50% acquired by the ASX listed AMP Office Fund. More recently, Paul founded Attard Associates, a strategic and advisory business consultancy creating beneficial alignment to create and strengthen relationships, investment, and business performance.
Paul’s strategic, business and relationship skills have been honed at global, institutional, design driven, luxury brand and HNWI levels. Paul has a passion for classical architecture, country houses, interior design, furniture, and classic cars.
